DESCRIPTION

Perma Multi Prime is a universal bonding agent based on Hybrid polymer emulsion technology, which is cement stable and creates good bond between concrete, mortar or putty finished surface and the subsequent finishes such as waterproofing membrane coatings, paint, textured coatings etc.

PRIMARY USES

  1. As a primer for waterproofing membranes, on difficult surfaces.
  2. As a primer, for water based floor coating systems.
  3. As a sealer and primer on cosmetic repair jobs in mortars and on concrete.
  4. As a primer for application of special renders and putty finishes.
  5. As a primer before application of Floor Coat WD, Flex Coat and Wall Guard.
  6. As a paint binder when added at the rate of 5% by weight of powder.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

The surface to be primed should be clean, dry and free from any contaminants, which may hinder adhesion of the primer. Remove dust and other debris by means of a hard brush or vacuum the area. Apply by brush or roller to the surface ensuring uniform and full coverage. Second coat of primer may be required on porous surfaces. Immediately after the application of the primer apply the desired coating or the finish.

COVERAGE

Depends on the type of the surface and its porosity. Generally 5 to 10 M² per litre.

Perma Multi Prime is available in 1ltr, 5ltr,10ltr & 20ltr packing.

SHELF LIFE

Perma Multi Prime has a Shelf life of 24 months if stored in the original manufacturer’s packing in a cool and dry place.
