DESCRIPTION

Perma Plast PC – 302 is based on Polycarboxylic ether and synthetic polymers. It may be dispersed at dosages varying between to 0.6 to 2 percent by weight of cement depending upon type of concrete required.

PRIMARY USES

  1. Perma Plast PC – 302 is recommended in all high grade concrete which has a cement content of over 375 kg/m3.
  2. Perma Plast PC – 302 is recommended in hot weather concreting where workability retention over long periods is required.
  3. Perma Plast PC – 302 is recommended in marine structures, pile foundations, bridge girders, caissons and such structures where quality of concrete is of prime importance.
  4. Perma Plast PC – 302 is also recommended where very high initial and ultimate strengths are expected.
  5. Perma Plast PC – 302 is also recommended for use with Microsilica.

ADVANTAGES

  4. Perma Plast PC – 302 is compatible with all types of cements including puzzalonic, fly ash / slag cements and Microsillica.
  5. Perma Plast PC – 302 is specially suggested in all high strength concrete and in construction of marine structures, pile foundations and bridge girders.
  6. Perma Plast PC – 302 enables production of dense impermeable and fair finish concrete.

DOSAGE

The optimum dosage is best determined by site trials with the concrete. However a dosage range varying between 0.6 to 2 percent by weight of cement is recommended depending upon type of concrete required.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Perma Plast PC – 302 is not a health hazard or fire risk. Spillages should be washed immediately to avoid possibilities of slipping.

PACKING

Perma Plast PC – 302 is available in 30 kg ,120 kg and 250 kg drum.

SHELF LIFE

Perma Plast PC -302 has a shelf life of 24 months from the date of manufacture.
