DESCRIPTION

Perma Hyper Plast HP-34 is based on hyper plasticising sulphonated synthetic polymers. It may be dispensed at dosages varying between 0.3 to 2 percent by weight of cement depending upon type of concrete required.

PRIMARY USES

  • Perma Hyper Plast HP-34 is recommended in all high grade concrete which has a cement content more than of over 350 kgs/m3.
  • Perma Hyper Plast HP-34 is recommended in hot weather concreting where workability retention over long periods is required.
  • Perma Hyper Plast HP-34 is recommended in marine structures, pile foundations, bridge girders, caissons and such structures where quality of concrete is of prime importance.
  • Perma Hyper Plast HP-34 is also recommended where very high initial and ultimate strengths are expected.
  • Perma Hyper Plast HP-34 is also recommended for use with microsilica and fly ash.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Perma Hyper Plast HP-34 should be added to the mix along with water. Addition of plasticisers to the dry mix or dry cement should be avoided.

DOSAGE

Approximately between 0.3% to 2% by weight of cement depending upon type of concrete required.

PACKING

Perma Hyper Plast HP-34 is available in 25 kg, and 110 kg and in 240 kg drums .

SHELF LIFE

Perma Hyper Plast HP-34 has a shelf life of 24 months from the date of manufacture if stored in a cool, dry place in original packing.
